	Hi about my order#2060. Thankyou for my order delivery. The quality of the gear looks great. Only 1 problem, the Men will not fit onto her head. I sent an email to your enquiry email address on 14/07/2010 but no reply. Please check email as I have attached photo"s of me measuring her head and the measurements I took were A=51cm & B=61cm which I did according to your how to measure diagram. I chose a head measurement of 52 &62cm as the diagram is asking for her head measurement. I did this correctly. It should have fit easily but does not. Please send me a replacement Men with sizing for a 55cm and 65cm head then maybe I can even use the men pad bought. Also please let me know about how to send back the smaller Men to you at your cost with all details required including if insurance is needed or not. Please get back to me ASAP as I sent my first email on the 14th. Again the quality does look very good so thankyou very much but she does need a Men that can go onto her head. I tried to contact Mike in Melbourne for 5 days but his mobile phone is turned off. thanks Kim
