Time of Delivery:
OnlineKendo will normally do the delivery within 3 working days, but for some small size shinai or if you choose to have Oval Handle Grip, we might require 2 extra working days, as we don't carry large inventory for all sizes and Oval Handle.

Warranty:
Thee Warranty period for Kendo shinai is 14 days starts with the product is received by purchaser. If any damage occurs before any usage of the Kendo Shinai, a new Kendo Shinai will be replaced without extra cost. If damage is occurred during the usage within the warranty period, customer can either choose to have free "Replacement Parts" with their next purchase or free "Replacement Parts" with a shipping cost.
